Well, lets see what have I been up to? I earned a Bachelor's Degree from UTSA in 2001 and still didn't know what I wanted to do with my life so I was a substitute - LOL. I fell in love with Jr. High - Yes I did say Jr High. I started teaching in 2005- What a LONG year. :) They didn't scare me off though. I teach 8th grade History in Natalia - and LOVE every minute of it. There is NEVER a dull moment. I have also been very busy raising my beautiful daughter Alexis - and yes, she was my student this past year. She is going to be a Freshman this year. She is one of the top students in her class - right behind Robert Lopez's son Jon. They are the best of friends or BFF's as they would say. She is in the marching band and is also a Varsity Cheerleader. This year she wants to try powerlifting(???) Patrick would be proud. She and Jon also just graduated from the PREP program and both recieved scholarships from St. Mary's University in San Antonio. As you can tell I am very proud of her - I have been truly blessed.
