Memorial Ideas??

At the reunion dinner, we discussed the topic of a uniform way to honor classmates who pass away. We weren't sure if there was support for an idea like this, or if anyone had any ideas regarding a sort of "policy" or "method" that we, as a class, honor those of our friends who have passed. We'd like to know what your thoughts are and get an idea for what direction the class would like to move in concerning this idea.

What idea do you think would work best for us, as a class, as a way to give memorial to those who pass?

Giving a donation to the community where that classmate grew up? (ex., if from DeWitt, give donation to City of DeWitt)

Planting a tree in the hometown/community of the classmate who passed (or, we could even ask the parents their preference of location)

Give a donation to Tri County in honor of the classmate, or have the donation purchase supplies, etc.?
