Well I left Dimmitt after Jr. High and moved to Vernon, TX so I graduated high school from there. I made the college circuit and saw a few of you along the way. My first husband (Chris) and I lived in England where Tyler and Lindsey were born. He was in the Air Force and an F-15E pilot. Shortly before we were to move back to the states he was killed in a car wreck. It was at this point that I went back to Midwestern and finally finished my degree. After a time I met Chuck who was a doctor in the Air Force. He had a daughter (Sarah) from his first marriage but she lived with her mom. We moved to Little Rock so he could complete a residency in Radiology. During that time Grant was added to our pack of wonderful children. In November of 2007 he was diagnosed with lung cancer and he died in June of 2008. I packed my family up and moved to Cypress (Houston) to be near family last summer. The kids and I love the area we live in and being close to everyone. Currently, I am planning on going to grad school in October to get a masters in counseling and my LPC. Throughout my life God blessed me with extra doses of strength, endurance and hope. I firmly believe...Life isn't how to survive the storm, but how to dance in rain! I look forward to seeing all of you and maybe doing a little dancin'!
