Hellooo Class of '88!
For the past few weeks I've kicked back and been thoroughly entertained by everyone's messages. It's been cool catching up with some of you behind the scenes via personal messages. I would like to give a BIG THANKS to everyone who is helping put this reunion together as well as Rodney for creating this site. Your work is much appreciated. I'd also like to thank everyone who has responded to my challenge, and to Sean for upping the ante. I'm looking forward to seeing you in September!

Okay Tommy... I don't remember you being so deep! Love your comment stating what you have been up to.
Really deep!!! Should have known from 7th grade that you and Cammie would be together forever! And thanks for reminding us all how old we really are. I don't think I had analyzed that we have been out of school longer than we were in school! :-) We are only as old as we feel right?!?! Tara, can't wait to see you!! Man, we had some good times! I have to agree with you Tina... my memory is not as vivid as other classmates. I wish it was. Can't wait to see you either Tina! Funny, you look alot like your sister Colleen now!! LOL And Chuck, bummer-I missed that party with the purple passion in the tub! You know, so many people say they wouldn't go back to high school again. I would!! It was an awesome time for me. I thought I had responsibility then - ha! Had it made in the shade, and it was a blast!!

Yeah Tommy - for those that haven't seen you in awhile definitely won't recongnize you!! :-) The last time I saw you, you were standing right in my face and I was asking Cammie where you were!! LOL Looking good!! Can't wait to see everyone. We live so close, but never see each other. It's a shame really. Everyone is so busy these days. Take care!!

That was a evil twin that I never knew exsisted till bout 2 mins ago I have proof, which I will bring the picture as soon as i start up my photoshop program =p

Wow this is pretty weird. I can't belive how long it's been. Mason Coleman, that's a name I thought I'd never hear again.
Anyone know where Coonfield is? Miss Edwards the chemistry teacher was really mad at the class once and gave us this crappy assignment or something. Everyone was silent and shocked that this super cool teacher was actually mad at us all. Scott said , "That's Bogus". She about flipped. Al, Amy and I were rolling in the floor.

Oh, I'll never forget Mason's presentation on AIDs transmission during oral sex. Edwards quickly ended the Q&A session that day.

Ray I think I was in that class. I think that was 11th grade Chemistry. Coonfield, I'm told, works in IT and I think is a contractor to the hotel that will be hosting our semi-formal. Andrea Williams has been in touch with him recently. He should be on soon.

Michael Bowen

Man how can you guys remember all this. I am lucky to remember my wife's birthday. Maybe I drank too much purple passion.

06/10/08 01:41 PM #185

Rodney Smith

I guess that's what's been so CRAZY, Mike! Everybody remembers different things but its not until somebody else says something to make you say....OH YEEEEAH...I'D FORGOTTEN THAT! There just aint enough Ginko Baloba for ALL of us! And I'm with you on the dates. Birthdates I'm cool with. It's all the "made-up", "so-called" holidays that I have a problem remembering (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.)

06/10/08 02:02 PM #186

Michael Bowen

my favorite is when my wife asked me if I remembered our first date. What the hell...

OK...I think I got the white section on my playlist. All I hear now is ROCK...
I'm not complaining, but I did love JAM ON IT. I rocked out to that at work and yes, Rodney, your disclaimer is spot-on.

Tommy, running and listening to slipknot...I can only think of the Metallica song ONE playing loudly in your old yellow car while we were screaming down the road. That was fun.

Lets start remembering the old cars we used to have...I am sure everyone remembers Chris Goad and his crazy orange car. I think of that every time I see a cougar.

06/10/08 04:52 PM #188

Jeremy Johnson

Mason Coleman, Lorenzo Jones, David Bunch...damn all of the peeps are coming out for this thing. I can't wait to see everyone at the reunion.

I told Wayne Williamson about this site and he should be updating some stuff for him soon.

The little league reference brought back some memories for me too. Sutherland Eagles against Rocky Run.

I used to love striking you guys out, but hated it when you hit a big home-run off me.

GOOD TIME...

AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH FREAK OUT!!!

06/10/08 09:30 PM #190

Shari Lynn (Andres)

Hey everybody!!!!!

Rodney, where were you when Tara, Terri, Shellie and I were talking about purple passion at the last meeting? Steve is going to have to make us some..you hear that Steve!!!!! (Yes, I know this was the topic a few days ago, I'm just finally catching up after not having internet all weekend thanks to Comcast!) I'm still looking for some Mad Dog to sneak into the football game! Yep, those were the days!

06/10/08 11:42 PM #191

Sherri Carter (Wilmoth)

Hey everybody!! Love this site...after having a bad day, this website is wonderful! Great laughs and great memories! Man, those were the days. I would love to go back to high school. Sounds like WE (the 20 year reunioners)may be causing some trouble at the football game and afterwards!! :-) Maddog and Purple Passion...sounds like a plan and a blast from the past!!
Okay, I want to know has anyone heard from Ernest "Ernie" Wohnig?? Always wondered what he would be doing later in life??

06/11/08 12:19 AM #192

Steven Grissom

Yes, purple passion.... Ummm, let see... Oh yes, I think that I may have an ol' wash tub that I might be able to make a batch. Wait, the last batch of sprit kicker that I made ate a hole through the bottom of my tub. However, it did an outstanding job removing paint off my sidewalk.

I saw Ernest Wohnig at VT in 93. He was in the corp of cadets and quite striking in uniform. I think (my VT memories tend to be fuzzy) that he was getting comissioned in the Air Force.
