Robert H. Krueger, age 65, of Cedar Lake passed away Sunday, December 16, 2012. He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Linda; children, Gina (Joseph) Pennavaria, Jennifer (Kevin) Carlson, and Robert (Ashley Umbarger) Krueger; 8 grandchildren; brothers, David (Sharon) and Steve (Joanne) Krueger; numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents and 1 brother. 
A funeral service will be held Thursday, December 20, 2012 at 11:00 am at Burdan Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Cedar Park Cemetery. Friends may meet with the family on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 from 3 to 8 pm at Burdan Funeral Home 12901 Wicker Ave (corner of Rt 41 & 129th Ave) Cedar Lake. 
Robert loved to work on tractors. He enjoyed his cigars and Jack. He loved being a PaPa and spending time with his grandchildren. Robert will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. In lieu of flowers donations to the Wounded Warrior Project will be appreciated.
