Connie always had a smile and is miss by all that had the privilege of knowing her.
Connie and I always had a relationship of acceptance and support. We understood one another without saying a word.
There were times we were apart or hadn't talked for a couple of years but when we reunited it was if we had been together just the day before.
I was with Connie about 10 days before she died. She put up a valiant fight. Her humor and kind spirit didn't leave her until the end.
Together Connie and I kept a bedside vigil with her little sister Christy as she left us. At the time I never dreamed that I would be losing Connie a year and half later.
Connie was all things good and kind. I loved her and miss her terribly. But I know where she is............she is my guardian angel.
