After college, I lived in Hawaii for a year and worked as a medical record administrator in a long term care facility. I moved back to Syracuse in July of 1989 and got married in December of 1989. In April 1992, Patrick and I moved to the Orlando, FL area. We owned a wedding magazine publishing company from 1996 until 2004. At that time, I was fortunate enough to not have to work anymore. I spent many hours volunteering at my children's schools. In May of 2006 we moved to Mooresville, NC for a change of lifestyle. We live on Lake Norman and enjoy the change of seasons again. I obtained a Masters degree in Elementary Education from the University of Phoenix in January 2010. I am now teaching 4th grade and love it!
My oldest son will be graduating from high school this year and plans to attend the University of South Carolina in the fall. Go Gamecocks!
