Friday, June 29, 2012 Pre-Party at the Yardarm 7pm
We will be getting together at the Yardarm for music and fun outdoors. There is no cost to attend this event. Please check-in for a name tag before you enjoy your evening with old and new friends.
Saturday, June 30, 2012 Hempstead School Tour 10:00
It is absolutely amazing how much the school has changed! Did you know there is no longer a lockerbay? The hallways & classrooms have all changed and additions have been made. Meet at the Moody Gymnasium doors Saturday morning at 10:00. We will get a group picture in the courtyard at the end of the tour.
Saturday, June 30, 2012 20 year class reunion 5:30-10:30pm
We have some really fun things planned for the evening! The reunion and dinner will be held at the Dubuque Shooting Society Log Cabin at 10380 Rt 52 North. (Hwy 52/Central Ave, just north of the Swiss Valley Farms factory by Pepsi) The two-entree dinner buffet will be served at 6:30. Live music will be provided by Neil Stockel’s band, Boomtangle, for the nights’s entertainment! This location is great for indoor and outdoor socializing.
**UPDATE: Some of you are still trying to make plans or haven't made your reservations yet...In an effort to have as many classmates attending, we will be keeping the ticket prices at $30 ($31.55 if paying by credit card) per person. We encourage you to attend and contact your fellow classmates if they have not updated their profiles or made their reservations yet. The ticket prices include your dinner, pop and entertainment. As cash bar will be available.
We will be meeting with the caterer the week before at which time we will have to provide the number of guests attending. Please make your reservations and complete the attendance survey by JUNE 20, 2012.
In addition to updating your profile or making your reservation, please complete the Attendance Survey in the list on the left. There are 3 events to RSVP to. You can attend one and/or hopefully all 3 events!
