Does anyone have their report cards from grade school? I actually have been able to find my 1st through 6th cards. Yikes, now i know why mom and dad wanted me to study harder. I had some good grades but also some not so good ones. The report cards also list your teacher and your room. I will have to look around to see if i can find my 7th and 8th cards but i suspect my grades were not much better in those grades.

To all that attended the reunion thank you it was great seeing you. We should do it again. That way we can get to talk to clasmates that we didn't get to talk to the first time.
A special thanks to the committee for doing such a great job in organizing this event. if anyone would like to keep in contact with me my e-mail address is riverview@mediacombb.net.
Thanks again for a great time. As someone once said thanks for the memories.

Dear Classmates,

I have been thinking and that something new but I would like to know if it would be possible for Father Dolter to say the mass in Latin as it was when we where in school. I know that many things have changed over the years. I guess I am a old sentimental  being an alter boy and all. Just a thought.

I found my 7th and 8th grade report cards.   They were MUCH, MUCH  better than my Wahlert and Senior report cards.   I will bring them to re-union.   I have absolutely no pictures from HG, only graduation pic, diploma ( which I still have ) and report cards.      Looking forward to Sat. nite.             Jim Klinge

Thank you to everyone that attended the reunion on Saturday, Sept 15. I had a great time and really enjoyed talking to everyone and finding out what people have been up to.

Lets plan on having another reunion in maybe 5 years.

All-

Attending the reunion was the highlight since I retired 10 years ago!!!!  We really enjoyed visiting with all the classmates and significant others.  A special thank you to Frannie and his wife for opening their home for everyone to continue visiting after leaving the Julien.  A huge thank you for those who put the whole event together.  We're looking forward to doing this again in five years and hope to see more folks attend and be able to spend more time with everyone!   Feel free to contact me the old fashioned way (by my phone 563-556-5663) and leave a message as we'd love to stay in touch.   With that I'm going back into the closet to see if I can find any more cupcakes as I won't be able to escape since there's no windows!  ;-) Take care and keep in touch!!!

Thanks to reunion committee for making 55th year reunion a success.  Thanks Father Dolter for saying Mass, I realize you made a very big effort to come this year.

I enjoyed all the neat posters, especially the pictures with NAMES. Oh so many memories! Enjoyed visiting with everyone.  Sorry, if I was talking loud.

Everyone should think about joining in on the luncheons. Marlene has done a wonderful job of keeping us connected.

Thanks again reunion committee.

This reunion was one of my life's highlights. Great to see and visit with classmates I haven't seen since grade school. To all those who didn't or couldn't attend I encourage you to do what you can to make the next one. It is truly a great event. A huge thank you goes out to Jim Klinge, Marlene Schmalz and others that made this reunion possible.
