Dawn Jackson Wilkes

I graduated from Mount Olive College in 1993. I married Clark Wilkes, 1989 grad as well, in 1994. I worked at Hog Slat until Aug. 1998 and then became a Computer Skills teacher at Clement Elementary with Donnie Ray "Bubba" Naylor as principal. I then moved to the new Midway Middle School in 1999 and stayed there until 2007. I graduated from Campbell University with my masters in school administration and am now in my 2nd year as assistant principal at Hobbton Elementary and Hargrove Elementary. I have been principal of Hobbton Elementary now for 4 years. I love every minute of it.

I can still hear Ms. Denning tell Brad to stand in a block and he would tell her that his feet wouldn't fit into one block.

For those of you that remember Nancy Dillman "Pickle" who taught business and was the cheerleading coach during high school, she is the principal at Hargrove.
