I lived in Dyer most of my life except for the past 8 years. We raised our family there. I enjoyed being a housewife and mother and am very proud of my family.
I worked at Amoco Oil for quite a few years and enjoyed working there until BP took over and closed our place and forced us to retire early. But Dick & I are enjoying our retirement and have been blessed with ten years so far. We've done a lot of traveling and are really enjoying life.

I remember all the fun we had in high school. Working on the floats for homecoming, going to all the games and dances, especially working on our prom decorating the gym. Can't believe it's almost fifty years ago!! I have so many fond memories of our high school days.
