after elhs i went to study painting and sculpture at massart. finding the life of an artist less than satisfactory and somewhat impractical, i focused on raising my children and working at an armenian language newspaper. i married an armenian and we raised the kids in armenian school and lived there for a while. finally i went to law school and am now happily practicising criminal law and doing civil rights cases. what a long strange trip it's been.

those who knew me will not be surprised how i turned out. those who didn't, well, what can i say? high school was not my forte but once i got out of town i figured out how to put my principles into action.

whatever happened to my crew? i would love to hear from anyone who remembers the potato fields, the waterfall in hampden next to the vfw, bike rides into connecticut, the tobacco fields, and long summer days with absolutely nothing to do but lie in the tall grass and look at the clouds.
