Edgar C. McNeal Jr.

Edgar C. McNeal Jr., 72, of Easton died Tuesday, April 12, 2011 in his home.

Born: February 25, 1939 in Easton, he was a son of the late Edgar C., Sr. and Beryl Transue McNeal.

Personal: He was a sales manager for Rockaway Bedding until retiring in 2008. Prior to that he was vice president of Acoustical Spray Insulators, Allentown. He was a 1956 graduate of Easton High School. He served in the Army and was an avid Countey Western dancer.

Membership: He was a member of F&AM, Allentown.

Survivors: his companion, Patti Hershman of Montgomeryville, PA; a daughter, Michele Daly and her husband, Scott of Stockton, NJ; three sons Scott mcNeal of Bethlehem; Brian McNeal and his fiance , Kristen of Northampton, and Jeffrey Riman of Minnesota; two brothers, James McNeal and Barry McNeal, and three grandsons, Darren, Danial and Michael.

A sister, Carol Miller, died earlier.

Services: Saturday, April 16, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in the Ashton Funeral Home, 1337 Northampton St., Easton. Call 6-7:30 p.m. Friday in the funeral home.
