So sorry to hear the passing of George. Played a lot of sports with George in my younger years. I will forever remember our sophomore year when we won the State baseball championship. This was primarily due to our sophomore pitching staff of Bob Hall and George Hoepner. We repeated being State champions our Senior year. Again with Bob and George pitching, both were so darn good. George was such a great class act. He always had time for people and was good to everyone. George was a great humanitarian and all around great guy. We lost a great guy when we lost George. The world was better off with George in it. God bless and RIP my friend.
