Jim Nesbit passed away on November 23, 2024 in Des Moines. He was 62 and leaves behind 4 children, Jonathan, Mary Bell, Monika, and Jane, as well as grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held in January in Phoenix. There will also be a service in Madison at a later date. His obituary website offers a way to be notified of details of those events.

Jim's obituary describes him as a "generous, enthusiastic, playful, and loving man, he touched the lives of many. His spirit will continue to live on through the lessons he taught and the love he gave." He will be missed.
