Chris and I didn't have any classes together, but she, Gwen Kittelson and I attended church choir practice every week and then sang for two services every Sunday. Chris was so much fun. She had a very large hem in the arm of her choir robe with access through a medium-size tear. She would carry so much "stuff" in her sleeve....kleenex, cough drops, Vick's Vapo Rub.... If you ever needed anything, Chris was there for you. So sorry she's gone. Thinking of her family....
She lived within an easy bike ride from my home. Chris, Cici, Barbara Hall and Annie Kirkman and I could all reach each other's homes easily and spent many hours together. I was really saddened to hear she died.Nancy Wright Slain

Oh, I remember her "sleeve" well and it also contained M&Ms! Chris was a lovely and generous soul and she is missed every day.
