Deborah Diessner Ballin, age 44, of 2885 Horseshoe Drive, died on September 10, 1992 of cancer at a Madison Hospital. She was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota on July 27, 1948. She was the daughter of Delbert and Mary (Neamon) Diessner. She married Louis J. Ballin on May 30, 1970 In Edina, Minnesota. Deborah was a graduate of the University of Minnesota where she belonged to the Kappa Delta Sorority. She then received an Elementary Education Degree from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse. She was an active member of the Sun Prairie P.T.O., Kid's 4 T.V., and was also a board member of the Sun Prairie Quarterback Club. She is survived by her husband; her parents of Sun Prairie; two children, Sarah C. and Nicholas S. both at home; and a sister, Martha Diessner of Gilroy, California
