Garry William Rudd, 64, of Nevis, MN died on Saturday, June 16, 2012 at the St. Joseph’s Area Health Services in Park Rapids, MN.
Garry was born on May 14, 1948 in Minneapolis, MN to Walter and Shirley (Ellies) Rudd. He graduated from Edina High School in 1966 and from the University of Minnesota in 1970. He was married to Rebecca Trister in Nevis, MN. He was self-employed and worked various places.
Gary was a great friend for many years, and though I lost contact with him for the most part when he moved north. We would connect from time to time. Gary was a sweet inteliligent guy with a big heart, and a great sense of humor. I just leanred of his passing from this group. Vaya con DiosGary!
Gary and I were pals for a long time and had a ball together. We connected a few times after he moved north to Nevis and slid right back to old times. Gary was a true friend. We enjoyed running Lake Street Friday nights and just hanging out other times. We even enjoyed hanging out with mom and dad! Rest in peace old friend.
