Lance J. Welker was born February 28, 1964 to Calvin and Mina Welker in Ponca City, OK. He passed from this life August 18, 2012, in Oklahoma City surrounded by family after a short battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife, Kim Welker and son, Casen Welker of the home. He is preceded in death by his parents, daughter Amy Berry and nephew Christopher Welker. A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 25, 2012 at 2:00 pm at the Chapel of Moore Funeral and Cremation with burial following at Sunset Memorial Park.
