Joedda Walraven, 51, finished her battle with Lymphoma on September 2, 2015. She was born July 30, 1964 in Wichita Falls, Texas, to James Edwin Smith and Jimmie Joyce Smith.

After moving to Edmond, Okla., she attended and graduated from Edmond Memorial High School.

Joedda always made everyone’s day a little better. Her family was the core of her heart and you knew you were lucky to know her the minute you met her.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Jimmie Joyce Smith, and her sister, Linda Kay Todd.

Joedda is survived by her father, James Edwin Smith; sister Dianna and her husband Jim Bicknell; her husband Rocky Walraven; her three children, Sarah and husband Daniel Engel, Brittany Curtis and Coleton Walraven; her three beloved grandchildren, Easton Engel, Brady Wallace and Carson Engel, along with many more family and friends.

She will be deeply missed!

A memorial service in her honor will be 12:30 p.m. Saturday, October 3, at Henderson Hills Baptist Church in Edmond.
