20-Year Reunion

Some of the OCS '89ers in OKC have formed a committed and are starting to plan our 20th reunion.  With some 40 jobs that need to be done between now and June 12th, we could use all the help we can get.  We are welcoming anyone who would like to participate.  For the next several months, we will be holding meetings about every 4-5 weeks.  The next meeting will be held in January.  We have been meeting at Bobby Petrick's office, located in the Renaissance Medical Park, off of 15th and Kelley in Edmond.  There will also be a call-in number for those who would like to be involved but cannot physically be at the meeting.

So far we have identified the jobs that need to be done and are starting to assign some job duties.  We've also set the date of the event and are trying to gather our classmates e-mail addresses and street addresses. We are still trying to work out some of the economic details, and will let you know once we get a number

There will be 2 organized events.  On Friday night, June 12th, we will have a Bar-B-Q type event that you can bring the whole family to, and we will also invite our teachers.  The Saturday night event (on the 13th) will be attended by our classmates and their guest.  We will not plan any type of event on Saturday morning or afternoon; but will leave that open to classmates who may want to put together gatherings/outings/events.  Those wishing to host such a "happening" can use this site to inform your classmates of your event.

We are going to have the Friday night event sponsored by some of our classmates and possibly other outside sources.  The Saturday night event will probably cost between $60 - $90 per person.  We will try to get some sponsors to donate to the event and will do everything short of selling lightbulbs door-to-door to keep the cost low. 

You can be guaranteed that this reunion will be the highlight of your year and an event you'll never forget!  Please fill out the registration form and questionaire so we can start getting an idea of who will and who won't be attending.  For those that are unable to attend, we will be providing you with some great information along the way and even after the event that you won't want to miss!
