 BRYAN (nee Dea), Christina Lynne September 13, 1962 - April 16, 2009 On April 16, 2009, Chris passed away surrounded by her loving family at the age of 46 years. Chris was a longtime teacher with Edmonton Catholic Schools. Chris will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 28 years, Derrick; children, Marc (Nickall), Jaclyn and Stephanie; her parents, Mike and Diane Dea; her parents-in-law, Les and Doreen Bryan; her siblings, Alison Dea (Mike Sliwkanich), Theresa (Jay) Mageau and Doug (Angie) Dea; her brothers- and sisters-in-law, Sharon (Greg) Myles and Kim (Bob) Hynes; nieces and nephews, Jenn (Ryan) along with Baby Emily, Jessica, Peter, Simone, Justine, Rhea, Courtney, Tyler, Patrick, Nicole, Katelyn, Erin (Lance), Colleen (Brad) with Baby Liam; as well as many, many other family members and close friends. She was predeceased by her grandparents and close family friend Robin Kochorek. Right Reverend Felix Otterson will celebrate a Memorial Mass on April 20, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 18407 - 60 Avenue, Edmonton. At Chris' request, please attend the service wearing bright colors to celebrate her life. The family would like to thank the staff of the Misericordia and the Royal Alexandra Hospitals as well as the Cross Cancer Institute for their warm and compassionate care for Chris and for their understanding and patience of the needs of our large family.
