Served 4 years in U.S. Navy aboard the USS Lexington CV-16. Rank of Personnelman 2nd Class Petty Officer E-5. Worked 32 years Civil Service with the Department of Veterans Affairs as a Contract Specialist. Retired 2007 with 36 years of Federal Service. Graduated from EPCC 1983 with an A.A in Business and a B.B.A. from UTEP in 1985. Presently living it up in good ole El Paso.
