I have been happily raising two smart and beautiful girls by myself; both of them are straight A students and Amanda is currently number 1 in her class (09) at Burges! I feel extremely blessed and lucky. I was also on the six-year plan at UTEP and graduated the same year as Jeff. I got certified to teach, and started teaching ESL at San Elizario High School in 1996. I was only going to be there one year, but I stayed eleven! I just finished my first year teaching AP English at Ausitn High School and it was fabulous! I am still best friends with Maria Tuck, even though she called me a "walking hard drive" and I am doing this profile on the computer at her house. I am also very good friends with Ray Lombrana, he is "Nino" to both of my daughters. I'm sure you saw the pix of my babies, and his "other family" or my nephews and nieces! See ya' in August. I am looking for pix from "our time" at school.
