Due to recent issues with our reunion site, the 20th Reunion Committee has decided that it is in the best interest of the reunion to change the location of the 20th reunion. We thought it best to keep the reunion in the same general area, especially for those who have booked hotel rooms already. The new location is Amici’s Clubhouse, which is located a half mile north of the previous reunion location, at 456 Redington Dr, South Elgin, IL, right off of Randall Rd. The location information has been updated on this class site, along with an updated map.
Other than location, every aspect of the reunion is remaining the same. Hours for hors d’oeuvres and open bar are the same. There will be a great selection of hors d’oeuvres, as well as desserts starting at 9pm, and the open bar will include shelf liquor, all bottled and tap beer, and house wine. Soda is free throughout the night. Amici’s Clubhouse will be closing its doors to the public for the evening, so the place is ours for the night. We have given a deposit to Amici’s Clubhouse based on a minimum attendance number, which, unfortunately, means that we can no longer give refunds for cancellations.
We feel this was the best decision for the reunion. We are extremely happy with Amici’s Clubhouse and the wonderful job they have done for us, and we are looking forward to a great night. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Becky Schlei Bramer or Jenifer Klug Puetz.
