Comments:
We currently live in Thousand Oaks, CA...never did I think I would live in CA during high school, but after 9 years here, it feels like home. McKenna is finishing 8th grade. She is a terrific singer, has played lead roles in theatre, and is a great athlete (she must get that from her dad). She is currently playing goalie for her club soccer team and basketball. Maren is in 1st grade. She has a dynamic personality, loves to sing, is starting to play piano and enjoys having a big sister.
We moved to California when Rob took a job at Amgen, a biotech company, where he is in Sales and Marketing. He is fairly adventurous...he likes to go back country skiing, down hill skiing, road biking and mountain biking. He summited Mt. McKinley (18 days) and likes to spend time in the summer and winter in the Sierras which are not too far away.
I worked in Consulting for Accenture for 15 years after college in Financial Services at various banks all over the country (Chicago, WDC, KC, Phx, LA, Columbus, Charlotte). I left consulting when Maren was born and now work at Bank of America where I led the integration between Bank of America and Countrywide. Keeping up with the girls and work keep me busy. But when I have spare time I like to run, hike, still play the piano and enjoy going to the beach.
