After attending UNL and graduating in the fall of '96 I taught high school Agricultural Education in Bassett, NE for a year, Blair for 2 years and North Bend for 6 years. During that time I got my masters in Leadership Education from UNL. After teaching for 9 years I decided to do something crazy and move my family to Columbia, MO so I could get my PhD in Agricultural Education at the University of Missouri. I graduated in 2009 and have just finished my first year as an assistant professor in Ag Ed at Utah State University in Logan, UT. I teach undergraduate courses in leadership, agricultural education, and teaching methods and graduate courses in volunteerism, classroom management, and adult education.
