Here is the final plan for the reunion. As you know, the reunion will be the weekend of July 17th. I hope to see as many of your shining faces there as possible...
Friday Night: Informal gathering at The Galley. This is a free event. Just show up and socialize and pay for whatever you eat or drink. Let's plan to gather at around 8pm to give people a chance to get into town.
Saturday afternoon picnic/BBQ at Highland Park:

Pavilon 4 - The pavilion located just along the road below the soccer/baseball field. The third one away from the merry-go-round. There is plenty of parking available right next to the shelter!
We're asking for $10.00 a family/couple to help cover the costs. Please make your check out to Julie Rosenberg and send it to 204 Loretta Ln, Vestal, NY 13850 by July 1, 2015.
We will provide the charcoal, paper products/utensils, and lemonade/ water. Please bring anything you'd like to grill and a dish to pass as per the following list:
A-H last names bring chips
I- Q last names bring side salads
R-Z last name bring desserts
We don't have anything formal planned (no in-staters vs. out-of-staters softball game- unless demanded by popular request). This is just an opportunity to catch- up in a family friendly environment. We do plan to have some activities to keep the younger ones busy nearby. Please bring along frisbees, corn hole, or any other fun games. Otherwise, the Merry-go-round opens at 12:00 pm and the pool opens at 1:00 pm!
Everyone's encouraged to come, family in tow or not!!
Saturday NIght: At Jonathan's. 7:30-???? The cost is $15/person which will cover pizza, wings, cheese and crackers, veggie tray, fried veggies and some other options. It will be a cash bar.
As stated above, please make checks payable to Julie Rosenberg. If you want to go to the BBQ please remember it is $10/family. Jonathan's is $15 per person. Please just send a check for the total but put in the memo section or in a note what activities you will be attending. Please send checks to 204 Loretta Lane Vestal NY 13850 by July 1st.
Last minute walk-ins are always welcome, but we do need to give a number to Jonathan's and I would rather not be collecting money all night.
I am really excited to see everyone. Thank you to everyone who has helped put this together especially Stephanie and Kathi for getting it started, and Laura, Patti, and Kathi for handling the BBQ!!!! This is is just a fun, casual weekend to catch up!!! See you all soon! Please spread the word as I know that not everyone is on Facebook or the reunion site!
