Kevin P. Chadwick II, age 36, of Erie, passed away suddenly following an automobile accident on Saturday morning, July 14, 2012. Kevin was born in Erie on March 19, 1976, the son of Kevin and Patricia Chadwick. Besides his parents he is survived by his sister, Dawn M. Johnson and his two children, Molly and Kaleb Chadwick and many family, friends, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Daniel and Patrick Chadwick.
