Morgan O'Connell Derouin

After getting my Arts Degree from Bay De Noc Community College I moved on to get my B.S. in Exercise Science from LSSU. Moved to Austin,Texas after getting married and graduating in 2003.March of 2004 I came to the nothern Detroit area to work as a personal trainer at Lifetime Fitness and I have been here ever since. National Academy Of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist. I have run 6 Full Marathons since October 2007, including the most recent in Orlando, FL with my husband paul (while I was 5 mos. pregnant). Planning to run my next marathons in Las Vegas, NV Dec. 2009 & Nashville, TN April 2010.
