Katherine VanEffen VanEnkevort

Scott and I have been together for almost 13 years, and we have been married for 8 of those 10 (Anniv. 5/31/03). After graduation, I got my Associates degree at Bay (5/01). Then I moved to Marquette, and got a Bachelor's of Science degree in Communication Disorders at Northern Michigan University (5/04). I just finished my Master's of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology from Nova Southeastern University. My husband and I have been busy since we got married. Our first house together we lost to a house fire in January 2004, and we had to build a new one. We have enjoyed traveling to places like Puerto Rico, Aruba, St. Maarten, Curacao, Washington D.C., Fort Lauderdale, Labadee Haiti, Montego Bay Jamaica, Georgetown Grand Caymen, and Cozumel. We enjoy cruising a lot, and we are planning our next vacation for the first part of 2012. The fun times never end!

I think my favorite memories from school would be marching band and working at the public library. Life was so much simpler back then, and I miss the simplicity!
