We have secured a block of 23 rooms at a discounted rate for those attending the Friday evening event at Harrah's Rincon for both Friday and/or Saturday night/s:

Saturday Night: $149.00 ($329 Value)

All rooms within the group block must be confirmed on or before the “cut-off date” of Wednesday, June 20, 2012. Rooms not accounted for by this date will be immediately released. Reservation requests after this date will be accepted on a space available basis at prevailing rates. 

A deposit of $139.32 (room + tax) must be submitted at time of booking reservation. This deposit will be credited to the individual’s account.

First come first serve basis - Harrah's does book up for the summer pretty quickly so we highly recommend making your reservations as soon as you can.
