I am retired at last, yet ever so busy. I keep myself busy kiln fusing glass and making jewelry, which surprises me, it's so cliche. But it's not a bad hobby, and I sell my handiwork on Etsy sometimes, on my own web page, and at 4-5 craft fairs throughout the year. This will keep me busy until 2020 and beyond. When I did work, I had the usual smattering of short term jobs figuring myself out, then finally settled on non-profits where I worked in the administraive offices, both at the J Bar J Boys Ranch in Bend Oregon, and the Next Door Inc in Hood River. I still live in the hood. I met my second husband at work and we have been married 26 years now. My daughter decided to call Bend her home town, and she lives with her family there. I am planning to attend our 50th reunion next year.

Hey Mike, I look forward to seeing you and Connie soon. The reunion in early August and the Balloon Festival in late August seems so far away. With tenacity, I secured a Sheldon Irish booster club t-shirt this week to get myself in the mood for the reunion next year.
