David W. Sacks

Currently living just outside of Houston, Texas. Ended up in the oil refining industry after finishing school and have had the opportunity for a lot of international travel. Currently working for Shell Global Solutions after 6-1/2 years of too much travel. Living down south helps me appreciate Evanston a great deal more than I did at the time.

Finally finding a place to fit in with the chess team my sophomore year. This niche helped me gain some semblance of self-confidence that was severly lacking in all my other endevors to that point and helped me focus more on my academics.
