My memories of David are so fond - of his friendship to a newly transplanted kid from a broken home who was struggling to fit in - of his generosity and kindness. David was a great guy. Always positive and full of life. I also remember his parents and their loving support for him. And of course those days of playing tennis and working at the red clay courts at Northwestern University were of particular fun. RIP David.
