Sally Ann Taylor (Pickance)
January 21, 1957 – June 27, 2025
Sally Ann Taylor, 68, of Lady Lake, Florida, passed away suddenly but peacefully from a short illness on June 27, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Sally was born on January 21, 1957, in Exeter, New Hampshire to Lester and Edith Pickance. Sally was a proud graduate of Exeter High School, Class of 1975. She spent much of her professional life working as a dedicated bookkeeper and office manager for various small businesses, retiring from Northeast Power Equipment in Epsom, NH in 2018.

Sally was known for her vivacious personality, infectious laugh, and heartwarming hugs (eeya eeya). She had a remarkable gift for connecting with people, never meeting a stranger, and her love for her friends and family was boundless. She had a deep and abiding love for her grandchildren, whom she cherished more than anything in the world.

A generous spirit, Sally was always ready to lend a hand, offer support, or brighten someone’s day with a thoughtful gesture or a batch of her famous chocolate chip cookies, which she shared with everyone and brought to every special occasion.
Sally loved to plan trips with her husband, friends, family, and visits with her grandchildren, where so many laughs and so much fun was always had. She was also the most passionate New England Patriots football fan, and shared that passion with her “Brady’s Bunch” football pool that she ran for many years.

Sally is survived by her beloved husband, Stephen L. Taylor; her children, Paul Langdon of Lago Vista, TX; Lisa Langdon of Round Rock, TX; and Dorothy Ferrick and husband Michael of Pflugerville, TX; and her treasured grandchildren, Wren Langdon, Olivia Ferrick and Gavin Ferrick. She also leaves behind her parents, Lester and Edith Pickance; her sisters, Beverly Barney of Nottingham, NH and Wendy Clark of Strafford, NH; and many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws, and dear friends.
She was predeceased by her brother, Thomas Pickance.
