DANVILLE - Michael A. McGrath, 49, died Monday, Feb. 13, 2006, at his home from natural causes.

He was born in Haverhill, Mass. He lived in Plaistow, where he attended the Pollard School, and later Kensington, where he attended Exeter High School. He had lived in Danville for the past eight years.

Mr. McGrath was currently employed as the groundskeeper at The Four Seasons Campground in Danville. He had previously worked for local siding contractors and also at the Merrimac Bait Shop.

Mr. McGrath was an avid hunter and fisherman, and enjoyed reading. He also played the harmonica in a local band and was a free spirit who enjoyed traveling all over New England.

He is survived by his mother, Jean (Caradonna) Miller of Plaistow; his father and stepmother, Arthur and Joanne McGrath of Hobe Sound, Fla.; a brother, Richard L. Miller of Danville; two sisters, Maureen McGrath of Portland, Maine, and Sherry Sciacca; three nieces; two nephews, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

A celebration of his life was held from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 21, at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main St., Plaistow.
