BRENDA S. HUTCHINSON LOUDEN TERRY, FHS FLYERS CLASS of 1970

Brenda S. Hutchinson Louden Terry, 70, of Dayton, OH, passed away peacefully Thursday, December 16, 2021. She was born April 2, 1951, in Dayton, OH, to Randal and Linda (Ratcliff) Hutchinson. In addition to her parents, Brenda was preceded in death by her first husband, John Louden; daughter, Jennifer, who passed away during her first year of life; as well as three grandchildren taken from us too soon, Lindy Sue, Wesley, and Alexa.

Brenda is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 27 years, James Terry; 2 daughters, Diana (Steve) Moeller and Carol (Patrick) Ammon; son, Aaron (Mel) Shritzinger; 2 granddaughters, Grace and Faith Ammon; sister, Sandra Kay Pratt; brother, Raymond Hutchinson; nephew, Marcus Pratt; niece, Leah Watson; great nephews and nieces; and many beloved family members living in Michigan.

Brenda drove a school bus for the city of Huber Heights, OH. She loved seeing the kids everyday, and we hope she touched the lives of the many kids she had the pleasure of helping to guide throughout the years. Brenda enjoyed every minute of watching the kids grow and then eventually seeing their kids at the bus stop. After a 25-year career, she retired to help care for her grandbabies.

Brenda loved spending time with her family. Every year she looked forward to baking for the holidays and complaining that her chicken and dumplings didn’t taste right. But we all knew that her dumplings would be absolutely amazing and warm the souls of us all. Brenda created a loving and happy home for her family.

A devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, Brenda will be greatly missed and forever cherished in our hearts.
