I didn't expect to read that Doug has been added to the "In Memory" page. I've known him since our pool days, back in elementary school days, at Green Acres. :-) Fast forward to Junior High when he passed me a note, at the start of the 7th grade, that had all the words to The Beatle songs - "Love Me Do" and "P.S. I Love You." It freaked me out (not sure exactly why) and I ripped the note up and never forgot the incident! He's always been great at the reunions and keeping in touch on Facebook. He was so proud of his wife and girls and grandsons. Prayers to all.
Very sad to hear this news! Had several great times playing music with Doug when he came to town. He was always a lot of fun to hang out with and talk to. Condolences to his family. R.I.P. my friend
