STEPHEN (STEVE) D. TIPTON, FAIRBORN HS FLYERS CLASS of 1970

Stephen D. Tipton, age 62 of Springfield, OH, formerly of Fairborn, OH, passed away Saturday May 2, 2015. He was born October 28, 1952, in Dayton, OH, the son of the late William H. and Daisy L. Vinesett Tipton. He is survived by a brother, Herb ‘Mike’ (Peggy) Tipton of Englewood, OH; a sister, Yvonne Harris of New Carlisle, OH; two nieces, Melissa and Jennifer; two nephews, Michael and Christopher; a brother-in-law, Oscar (Gina) Jackson; as well as, other extended family and friends.

Stephen served his country in the US Army during Vietnam and attended Wright State University. He was employed by the Kroger Company and retired after 37 years of service in 2008. Contributions in Steve’s memory may be made to your favorite charity.
