Michale, Good to hear your still kicking.. How are things in the banking business? Better, Worse??? Would like to move up to a better truck (maybe only 10 years old), but I'm still nervous about the economy... Sounds like there are still job cuts going on...

Ron, I always enjoy reading about your challenges at work, but here's the sad part, alot of other companies have the same kind of management running them, kinda explains why things are the way they are....

Morning, It's 27 and clear this morning, sounds like it going to get colder later this week, possibly some of that pretty white stuff... Cool, literally...

It's laundry day here, can't get to much started looks like I'll be going to work around 3 this afternoon... Might go to the garden and see whats still good before the cold snap... Well stay warm, if you want some cooler temps I'll send em' your way...

Work is doing good, talking about a merger which kinda scares me, have people quiting already. Marti is leaving me the 21. She got offered a full time with some benefits and will be working with a couple of guys she has worked with before. I'm happy for her, just hate going thru finding someone new again. We all worked really well with each other. It's hard to find people that can deal with my boss.

Well I have a three day weekend. Yahoo!!!! Hope you all have a great weekend.

Wow since I was last on here our weather has definately changed...Some snow possible tonight...We have had some snow showers throughtout the last few days, but no accumulation...I think it is looking like a long winter..(YUCK)...

It was a long week last week for me...I lost my uncle to a massive heart attack...He was so very dear to my heart, and it was very difficult thing for me to understand, but with the help of family and friends I have received so much comfort...Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers...

I would like to ask all of you give your thoughts and prayers to Deb Criners, Granddaughter (Bella) and the family today...She is just around a couple months old and having heart surgery in Omaha Ne. We are thinking of you and your family Deb and the prayers are with all of you....Hugssss

Happy Columbus Day to Everyone!
Another sale weekend is behind us....the weather cooperated with us and we did not get moisture....WHEW! Thank Goodness!! The sale was good......we did have less buyers here and the cattle $$$ were down too....but I think that is to be expected for todays times. I'm working on trucking...we sold cattle into: Missouri, Iowa, Kentucky, Minnesota, Louisiana, South Dakota, North Carolina, Texas, Nebraska, Arkansas, Oklahoma and of course Kansas and 1 head to Australia. I'm not worrying about trucking or shipping to Australia....her genetics will be shipped in a tank after embryos are collected next Spring/Summer of 2010. I know Jim Koenig knows all too well the testing and paper work that goes along with selling genetics/cattle to foreign countries....WHEW!

Hey Gang, I guess it's morning again... Bob Fuss turned 50, Happy Birthday you OLD FART.... Whats with all these old people???

OK, Did you get the cold weather I sent you guys? It was 6 degrees here Saturday morning.. Morgan had to help at a football game in Gering on Friday nite little cool there, 22 degrees, 10 mph wind, and 3 inches of snow.. Good thing was when we got home put some crushed ice in a glass and poured in about three fingers of apricot brandy, that will warm the soul... We probably had 6 inches of snow this weekend but most of it melted. I think there is only about an inch left, but today it's suppose to get up to 40 degrees...

Well just got home from work so I'm going to call it a day, catch ya next time!!!

Well I have started on some much needed deep cleaning here....I wish the sun would shine and warm up...It would sure help my mood and attitude a bit...LOL...I said a bit....Need to do a bunch of yardwork before winter hits.(oh I forgot it feels like it has hit already)...It is going to be a hell of a long winter at this rate...We have a lot of harvesting to do yet....We need some heat and sunshine to help us out a little....Is that asking for to much??? They always talk of women having mood swings, I don't know, but I'm thinking men must have them too....UGH....

There has been nothing exciting going on here in F-Town...Can you believe that??? LOL...Story of my life...If there has been anything going on I have missed it...darn...I will try to see if I can come up with some news in the next day or so...We get the F-Town Journal tonight so maybe I can come up with something for tomorrow...If nothing else I know there will be something in the police reports that may interest you..LOL

Well better go, got roast on the table for dinner and then it's looks like work about 2 AM... So it's time for alittle nap...
