John Medeiros

Amazing what has occurred since 1961. Not only have humans traveled into space; humans are already adding trash to space. My "Mission of John Manimas" website includes some of my poems and very short stories, as well as discussions of time, pi, good stewardship, and trigonometry. The other website is all politics with some ideas I think would help us preserve and maintain a democratic republic. I most frequently ponder the profound changes that have taken place in my/our lifetime(s). I am awed by the slow response of "the greatest democracy on Earth" to the obvious scientific evidence that we have made enormously destructive mistakes by way of our technology without understanding the vast carelessly ignored consequences. Just a sample: "There is no such thing as a cause that has only one effect." Hello and blessings to all still with us; farewell and blessings to those who moved on before the spectacle of the pandemic and a lunatic president.
