Memorial Visitation for Lynn K. Marushin, age 66, of Fairmont, MN, will be 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at the Lakeview Funeral Home in Fairmont. Private family inurnment will be in Fairview Memorial Park in Fairmont. Lynn passed away on Tuesday morning, April 8, 2025, at Mill City Senior Living in Faribault, MN. The Lakeview Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Fairmont is assisting the family with arrangements.

Lynn Kristi (Mutch) Marushin was born on January 1, 1959, in Fairmont, MN. She was the daughter of Roger and Mary (Hartwig) Mutch. Lynn attended Fairmont public schools and graduated from Fairmont High School.

On October 3, 1998, Lynn was united in marriage to John Marushin at Grace Lutheran Church in Fairmont. The couple resided in Fairmont and shared over ten years together before John passed away on February 17, 2009.

Lynn worked for many years as a chef and then became the dining room manager at Torge’s in Fairmont, which later became Green Mill. When she wasn’t working, Lynn enjoyed tending to her flowers, especially her tulips. She most loved the time she was able to spend with her grandchildren and their families and “managing her café.”

Left to cherish her memory include her children, Chad (Heather), Luke (Sam), and Tracey; grandchildren, Ashley, Alexis, Tyler, Baylee, Austin, Colton, Emersyn, and Aubrey; mother, Mary; sister, Kathy (Michael); brother, Dan (Cheryl); brothers-in-law, Jim, and Will; sisters-in-law, Karla, and Candace; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Along with her father, Roger Mutch, Lynn was preceded in death by her husband, John; ex-husband, Barry Ebeling; brother-in-law, Joe; and sisters-in-law, Cindy, and Lori.
