Melissa Floyd Mohr

I married my husband Steve in 1990 and we celebrated 18 years this July. I graduated with an elementary education degree in 1992 but have only just gone back to the classroom in 2006.
My children take up most of my time outside of the classroom as I am sure many of you can imagine. My son and oldest daughter are in my classes at Heritage Christian School where I teach language arts to 6th, 7th and 8th grade students. I never thought I would appreciate high school English as much as I do, but I honestly remember things I was taught every day as I attempt to teach kids about literature and grammar. My youngest daughter also attends the school and is in 2nd grade.
