Being able to grow up around some very Fantastic Young People who became my Friends. Who would say hi to me in the Hallways,Classrooms,Cafeteria,Library, Study Halls, and the Athletic Arena's. Great teacher's who went out of their way and time to help me further my understanding of what life is all about. Having a safe Enviornment to Develope my ideas for myself and Future. Had Teacher's whom I never had a class with, spend their time to talk to me about edifying my Life for my future and the rest of my Life.I Had Alot Of Great People Who Surrounded Me and Cheered Me On. Thank You Class of 1970.

It started when I was in 7th grade.The year was 1965 my brother and I attended the Jr. High. As a Family we were all helping with our Father's idea to Collect S&H grocery stamps. His idea was to purchase 1 school bus through the collection of all these stamps.He talked with the School Board and they accepted the idea. He then had a campaign throught the schools to ask all the Fairview Residents to contribute their stamps.The next 5 years we would go on to collect and paste thousands of stamps into hand size books which added up to $5 or $10 a piece. In the Fall of 1969 Fairview High School owned it's very first bus. My father was Congratulated at one of my Home Football Games during half time. I was very proud of him and how he taught us to grow up too. He led by example and was there for others.He gave us more than what we deserved. His Love was unlimitted for all. I guess that's why you miss them.
