CCHS Class of 2003 Reunion Activity Details

 

FRIDAY, AUGUST 2: Meet and Greet at Sandwinds Restaurant and Sports Bar.

SATURDAY, AUGUST 3: Family picnic at Oats Park and Memorial Tree Dedication.

  • Free to attend
  • 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
  • Susie's BBQ is catering an all-you-can-eat lunch for $8.00 per person.  Each plate includes your choice of two meats and three sides.  Check out www.susiesbbq.com for more information.
  • At 1:00 pm join us as we dedicate a tree to the class members we have lost over the years.  Please visit the "In Memory" section of the website for more information.  Interested in making a donation to help cover the cost of the tree?  See payment options below, and thank you for your support!

 

SATURDAY, AUGUST 3: The main event!  Reunion dinner at the Golf Course Clubhouse. 

  • Cocktail hour starts at 6:00 pm.  Dinner is served at 7:00 pm.
  • Cost is $35 per person.
  • Attire is semi-formal.
  • The buffet style dinner includes tri-tip and chicken, green beans, rice and seasoned red potatoes, two prepared salads and a green salad bar, fresh baked rolls, assorted deserts, coffee and tea.
  • This is an adult only event, no kids please.  Join us for dinner, dancing, entertainment and photo booth fun as we celebrate the Class of 2003!
  • Payment for this event must be received by August 1- we CANNOT accept payment at the door as we have to pre-pay for the event.
