After graduation I attended Morehead State University for 4 years and obtained my bachelors degree in art education. I married David Burriss (we met at MSU) in October of 2011 and was blessed enough to land a teaching position at Cooper High School in Boone County where I teach photography and graphic design mainly. I am in the 2nd year of masters degree through the Art Academy of Cincinnati and love all the studio time I'm getting. Other than teaching and going to school, I shoot photos and freelance design work on the side.
