When I'm young again.

I love reading about future technology and medicine. It's really fascinating when contemplate the amount of change we have gone through over the last 20 years, and where we are headed over the next 20.

At some point in the near future, when quantum computer processing and nanotechnology start to mature, we will be given choices unthinkable by any previous generation.

Some choices will be easy...
Such as choosing to have a genetic altering procedure to not only stop the aging process but to turn the clock back so that your body works as it did when we were 20 or 25, or even the choice of what age you want your body to live at.

other choices will be difficult
Extreme genetic alterations to give you super hearing, strength, intelligence.

At what point will we/you draw the line? Our generation will be the elderly of this group that get to make these choices.

A 100 years from now when no person that is born will ever have to worry about dying. When everyone at age 25 and above is physically the same. How will our age be viewed? Will we be considered superior because of what we have seen and experienced?

Put down the pipe and step back. The men in white coats knocking on the door are your friends and want to help you. Put the foil helmet back on and wait for further instructions.

damn your funny...

I've been working on a special robot. I modify it to cary a tiny amount of plastic explosives. It ends up with the power of a firecracker.

here

I drop it in a beer and then it swims to the head of your penis and waits for a signal from my remote detonator.

Pop..
