I graduated from Purdue and headed to Boulder, Colorado for 5 years. I returned to Michigan to start a family. I have taught in Huron Valley Schools for 16 years. I got my Masters in Lang Arts and Teaching from Oakland University and currently teach reading interventions at Brooks Elementary, as well as coach my staff. I have gone back to the net and continue to play hockey. I live in Highland and love to snowshoe, hike, and kayak. My daughter Sophie is the light of my life and is a talented tenth grade writer and AP Honor student who keeps me in stitches! We spend our breaks on Amelia Island. I have recently become a Court Appointed Special Advocate for abused and neglected children.
School Story:

Most of my memories are about giggling with Chrissy Hannaway, Lisa Kelly parties, dances at CC, Ellen Green's endless parties, talking about boys with Dawn. Best trips were France with Mlle. Smetanka, and Cancun...Oh Rosa!
