John was always a very fun-loving guy. Always good for a laugh and could keep people guessing about is humor. Not sure who would get who in trouble in English class our Soph. year. We were both always reprimanded. He hated home work!!! Didn't want his education to interfer with his recreation. Great guy!!!
I went to country school with John in the first grade. What I remember about him was that he still sucked his thumb and would hide behind an open book to do it. Just never forgot that. Lois Luther was also in that class as well. Unbelievable to think that they are both gone. May they RIP.
